Historical Reports
The following reports are available for the aggregated statistical data.,
Recognition Accuracy By Field
Displays the field recognition accuracy. The recognition accuracy is given as the
percentage of correct, incorrect, and rejected occurrences of the field. The report can
be restricted to a certain field or can display all fields.
The report contains the following information:
• Batch Class Name (grouped in report)
• Field Name (grouped in report)
• Correct (percent of correct fields)
• Rejected (percent of rejected fields)
• Incorrect (percent of incorrect fields)
• Field Count (sum of correct, incorrect, and rejected fields)
For details concerning the selection of the field refer to Selection of Field.
Document Recognition Timing Grouped
Displays the average recognition speed segregated by the group value. The average
OCR time per page and the average extraction time per document are displayed in
seconds.
Additionally, the time span can be set by selecting a date range (to the nearest
month).
The report contains the following information:
• Batch Class Name (grouped in report)
• Group Value (grouped in report)
• OCR Time (s/Page)
• Extraction Time (s/Doc)
• Doc Count
• Page Count
• Date (M.YYYY)
